We Adore Flowers will not refund orders that need to be cancelled if we have already started the process of creating your order. No credits will be given. If we have not started your order by the time we learned of your cancellation we can credit your card minus a $15 cancellation fee.
We Adore Flowers will always make a reasonable effort to fulfill your request. We Adore Flowers will decide what is considered a reasonable effort.
If you or the recipient is not pleased with the order for any reason, you must contact We Adore Flowers within 48 hours. We Adore Flowers will decide how to remedy the situation.
