Our flower selection is seasonaland changes daily. If you want something very specific please call the studio to make sure we can make it happen for you before placing your order. We will absolutely try our best to fulfill your requests submitted through the checkout form but cannot guarantee that we have exactly what you request.
Please leave detailed information for us to make a delivery. We need the correct address, a 4 hour window of time to make the delivery, and, if the recipient is not there, an explanation of what you would like us to do with the flowers (i.e., leave them on the porch, leave them at the front desk or with a neighbor.) If an order is unable to be delivered directly to the recipient or delivered based on the instructions you provided, we will call you while still onsite to ask you what you would like us to do with the flowers. If you do not answer, we use our best judgment and either leave the flowers on site or in some outstanding circumstances we opt for another delivery. Another delivery is an additional $25. No refund is available. We Adore Flowers is not responsible for any lost or damaged flowers or any related losses in the event we made a decision on your behalf.
